THE EXPERIENCE

This immersive experience invites you to discover an innovative, sustainable rural development project designed to combat depopulation, create opportunities, and safeguard natural heritage by recovering centuries-old olive trees that had been abandoned. Today, more than 8,000 sponsors from 30 countries support this inspiring initiative.

The activity includes a guided walk through the olive grove to learn about the recovery process and the unique characteristics of these ancient trees. Next, you’ll visit the oil mill to see firsthand how exceptional-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is produced. Finally, you’ll enjoy a tasting of two Bajo Aragón PDO oils, complemented by a selection of preserves and vegetable pâtés made with produce from restored orchards, roasted over olive wood prunings and preserved in olive oil. The tasting is accompanied by a drink, offering a rich experience that blends tradition, nature, and flavour.
