Throughout a journey through the Sierra de Algairén and the countryside of Cariñena we will get to know two of the star products of the area: the wine of the DO and truffles. Discover where black truffles come from. Participate in the search. Dig up with your hands one, two or three… Accompanied by a dog guide and a human guide we will spend the morning collecting these delicacies. To, of course, taste them afterwards. Taste this precious mushroom in a 5-course tasting menu and toast with an ecological and natural wine as life itself.
El Sitio de Eugenia The bus departure is from La Chimenea in Zaragoza to Cariñena. Throughout the day we will visit Cariñena, Encinacorba and Almonacid de la Sierra. After meeting our canine guide we will start looking for truffles. After we will visit the wine museum of Cariñena, a winery ,do a tasting and finally in Cariñena we will enjoy a surprise menu with five dishes with truffle as ingredient.
