THE EXPERIENCE
The Cantata Tasting is a singular wine and music experience created by Curro Fatás, former member of Puturrú de Fuá and current manager of Castillo de Añón.
This unique event blends an operatic cantata with a guided wine tasting led by sommelier Fernando Bordejé. The experience unfolds in several musical passages performed live by Fatás, each focusing on the organoleptic qualities of the wines—colours, aromas, and flavours—while participants taste selected wines, all from the Campo de Borja Protected Designation of Origin.
Premiered in December 2024, the Cantata Tasting is now held monthly at Castillo de Añón, with additional special editions at other venues. Beyond its educational value, the experience showcases Campo de Borja wines and is complemented by locally sourced, zero-kilometre products. This combination of music, humour, and wine education has captivated audiences and offers a vibrant, memorable way to explore the region’s wine culture.
