THE EXPERIENCE
Baruca Outdoor is a project born from the collaboration between the Carlos Pauner Foundation and the Baruca Foundation, united by their commitment to developing transformative initiatives. They offer a corporate training programme designed to strengthen essential soft skills for professional success and personal growth.
Sessions take place in the heart of nature, in the Pineta Valley, promoting values such as teamwork, decision-making, and overcoming personal limits. The programme begins with an inspiring talk on leadership, resilience, and adaptability, accompanied by a documentary on Annapurna and an open discussion with Carlos Pauner.
The experience continues with an orienteering hike and canyoning, activities where teamwork is key. As a highlight, the winning team will enjoy a maiden flight over the valley, piloted by Carlos Pauner himself. The programme includes accommodation and full board in Bielsa over two nights.
