AFTER AN INTENSE YEAR OF EMOTIONS, THE SUMMER VACATIONS AND THE END OF SCHOOL ARE NEAR, AND WE ALL NEED TO DISCONNECT. BUT THE LITTLE ONES, WHO HAVE BEHAVED VERY WELL DURING THE PANDEMIC, NEED TO MAKE UP FOR LOST TIME. THEY NEED FUN!
TODAY WE PROPOSE A TOUR THROUGH THE LEISURE PARKS OF ARAGON.
A CALL FOR FUN AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THE LITTLE ONES. BECAUSE WHO SAID THAT LEARNING CAN’T BE ULTRA FUN?
Dinopolis is 20 years old. The kingdom of roars and dinosaurs. If you were born in June 2001 you are invited to this leisure park. If you were born the same day of its opening you will be rewarded with a lifetime pass.
What will you see in Dinópolis?
You will go on a journey of 4,500 million years (that’s nothing) in which you will hear the first heartbeats of the Earth, you will discover how life arose and with them the most extraordinary creatures that have ever existed… The dinosaurs!
Where is it?
There is a big central park in Teruel capital and seven other parks in seven towns of the province.
It is a classic when traveling through Aragon. The Monasterio de Piedra is an essential place that you should not miss. Its natural route is one of the most beautiful in the world, with its waterfalls, streams, caves, in the shade of ancient trees and lakes that look like mirrors. A walk that is very appealing in summer when the Piedra River refreshes the view and the atmosphere. It has also recovered its daily visits. So there is no excuse not to visit it.
What will you see in the Monastery of Piedra?
The visit to the Monastery has two main parts. On the one hand, the Cistercian style monastery, scene of the history of Spain and the world. You will have a monumental tour around the monastery, a visit to the Chocolate exhibition. (The Monastery was the first place in Europe to taste chocolate) and to the museum of the D.O. of Calatayud.
Outside the monastery you will find the Park of the Monasterio de Piedra. We have no words to describe it. It is a paradise of stone and water, an oasis, a landscape created and well cared to escape from time. The park is a paradise of peace and an inexhaustible source of fun for the little ones.
Where is it located?
The Monastery is in Nuévalos, in the region of Calatayud. It is 100 km from Zaragoza and 200 km from Madrid.
If in the other two previous destinations learning is combined with fun, in this destination it is pure fun. Adrenaline, surprise, laughter and excitement. The Parque de Atracciones de Zaragoza has a total area of 60,000 square meters in the heart of Zaragoza, in the Pinares de Venecia, and very close to the commercial center Puerto Venecia. A marvel in the heart of the city that allows you to forget routine and focus on what is really important: its over 40 attractions. Some of them are already mythical, such as the Magnetic House or Tom Sawyer’s boat, but the care of the park makes us discover them year after year as always. It has all kinds of restaurant services.
What will you see?
You will see the little ones of the house like crazy wanting to ride all the attractions. They will be amazed by the gallery of mirrors or the magnetic house, laughing with the water rides and releasing adrenaline with the high-speed rides. And you’ll see that after a day of laughter and fun, they’ll fall asleep with a smile from ear to ear.
Where is it?
In Zaragoza, you can get there by bus line 34 or by car, it has space to park.
What will you see?
As we said, they have many activities, but a visit lasts an hour and a half and includes a projection in the dome of the Planetarium, an activity in the spacecraft simulator and sky simulation.
Where is the Planetarium?
The Aragon Planetarium is located in Cuarte, Huesca. A few kilometers from the capital of Huesca.
