THE EXPERIENCE
The Medieval Experience at the Castle of Grisel is a unique activity because it brings together in the same destination: gastronomy, oenology, heritage and history, together with a sustainable management in a rural environment aimed at both companies and individuals.
Staying at the Grisel Castle in its 8 unique rooms of different categories, from double to premium suite, we will begin our journey. After being guided through the fortress of Grisel, we will dress up in period costume to enjoy a medieval dinner whose evening will be enlivened with medieval dances and performances that will delight the whole family.

Starters: Bulbuente Tomato Salad, Trasmoz Cheese and Teruel Ham accompanied by toasts with oil from the Sierra del Moncayo
Second: Roast Beef from Aragón
Dessert: Borja braid
Wine from the D.O. Borja
Performance by the group Andanzas Medievales (dances, farces and participative choreographies).
Optionally, other activities such as falconry and archery can be hired.
